Daily Prompt: The Early Years.
It’s New Year’s Eve today, and I made a promise to myself that I will blog today. I’ve been ignoring the daily prompts far too long. I like to say that it’s because I’m busy (excuses, excuses… way to go, Priscilla), in truth, I just got too lazy. I guess that happens to the best of us.

Many are becoming writers. More are getting published. As I’m typing this, I’m wondering why on earth are you reading my autobiography. I’m no one special. I can’t write like J.K Rowling or Stephen King. I have a pretty mundane life. The most interesting thing that ever happened to me was winning a writing competition held by a local publishing company. I won’t even blame you if you decided to put back this back on the shelf. Although, I have to come clean and admit that this little action of yours kills me a tad little on the inside. Anyway, it’s okay. I’ll wait.
If you’re still here, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. It’s delightful to know that someone out there is reading my written work. It’s difficult to put into words how I feel; it’s ineffable.
I often hear that the people we meet and the events we go through shape our lives– who we become and so on. You know how it works. With that said, this autobiography is mainly about these episodes (both good and bad) that happened to me all these years.
If you would like to get to know me better, or you’ve got nothing else to do, feel free to read on.
I just want to offer my thanks again, You made my day.
